We use courier service and less than truckload carriers to do our shipping. We
determine the most efficient carrier for your order. All orders are shipped with
tracking information.
Delivery Within the Continental U.S.
Most orders are shipped via courier to shipping addresses within the continental
U.S. For your convenience, we offer Standard and 2- day Express delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, and Canada can be arranged through our customer service representatives.
Please contact them and they will be happy to arrange your shipments.
International Shipping
Please contact our customer service representatives and they would be happy to
assist you with your order and supply you with freight quotes.
Processing Times
We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours (Monday-Friday,
excluding Holidays) from which they are received. Credit card authorization must
be received before an order is processed. In the event that your order is
delayed due to item unavailability or credit card authorization we will notify
you by phone or email. Express orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be shipped
the same day. Express orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following
business day.

Shipping Times (Mon-Fri excluding holidays):
Standard – East Coast – 2-3 business days Midwest and West Coast – 3-7 business days (does not include the day the order is shipped)
Express 2-Day - Delivery within 2 business days (does not include the day the order is shipped)
*Express orders must be received by 12pm EST in order to be shipped the same day.
