The classic semi-upholstered Navy® chairs were first introduced in 1948 when US Navy officers were redeployed off Navy Warships to land based facilities, and wanted a little more comfort than the ship board 1006 Navy chair provided. Since then, the 1011 Navy swivel chair has been used for settings where an extra level of comfort and durability is demanded. Height adjustable with a tilt mechanism to adjust the angle of the seat.
