Exchanges and Returns
Cancellation of orders will be accepted up to the time of shipment but may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
If an order is not cancelled prior to shipment, the order will be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all freight charges and a minimum 25% restocking fee. Special order items and Kong chairs and stools cannot be returned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to Emeco for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Special order items and Kong chairs and stools cannot be returned.
The customer will be responsible for all freight charges and a minimum 25% restocking fee of the returned items. The credit amount will be refunded to the original credit card after the items have been inspected for damage.
