All Navy Lounge chairs and sofas are made by hand from recycled aluminum, in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Aluminum frames:
Navy Lounge aluminum frames are hand brushed, clear powder coated, or powder coated in a selection of colors. To clean the powder coated frames, use a clean, soft, non-abrasive cloth, rag or industrial cotton. We recommend using warm water mixed with a mild soap such as Dawn. Avoid strong rubbing. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly to avoid residue or water spots. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Emeco's powder coated finish is outdoor approved. We suggest cleaning with soap and water every two weeks to remove grit and other air pollutants that can pit the surface.

For lounge chairs and sofas upholstered in Sunbrella Heritage and used outdoors, it is always recommended that furniture be stored indoors, or covered, during the winter season and/or when not in use.

Arm caps:
The Navy Lounge arm caps in solid wood are handmade from local, sustainably sourced solid wood. Clean with a warm, soapy, damp cloth gently applied to the surface. Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.

Accoya is intended for outdoor applications. Like any natural wood species, Accoya will grey and change color when exposed to exterior conditions. Regular cleaning with a warm, soapy, damp cloth gently applied to the surface is recommended for longevity. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
