Material

Aluminum is smart.

It's super strong, lightweight and fire proof.
It's also non-corrosive, non-magnetic and non-bacterial.
Plus, it can be recycled endlessly.

Design

Philippe Starck

"Working with Emeco has allowed me to use a recycled material
and transform it into something that never needs to be discarded."

Handcraft

Made in Hanover, PA.

No one else makes chairs this way. No one else can.
It takes a human eye to know when the process is done right.
And it takes human hands to get it that way.
