The classic semi-upholstered Navy collection was first developed in 1948 when US Navy officers requested a softer seat than the shipboard 1006 Navy aluminum chair. Still handcrafted in Hanover, PA, to meet mil-spec, this is an upholstered seat with a difference; lightweight, extraordinarily strong, not to mention comfortable.

In a nod to its unique heritage, the classic semi-upholstered Navy series comes in black leather as standard. We also offer COM/COL. Select from our standard range of textiles and leather, or choose your own.

The aluminum frame is available in Emeco's signature hand brushed finish or black powder coat as standard. You can also choose a frame color from one of our in-house powder coat colors, no MOQ. Or, select your own custom powder coat color for larger volumes.
