Cork is rapidly renewable, biodegradable and recyclable. The bark of a cork tree can be harvested, without any damage to the tree, every 10 years until the tree is over 200 years old. Harvesting is done without machinery, an art handed down over generations. Every single morsel of cork, including the scraps created during the manufacturing process, is collected and saved for recycling and turned into new products. Perfect for our SU collection by Nendo.
